Distance sensitive lamp that I made. Move the hand closer to the lamp and the light gets dimmer. Move the hand up and the light gets brighter. Pull the hand away to the side and the lamp keeps the selected brightness.

Design might not be the "hottest" one but perhaps I find inspiration to house the electronics inside something else...

"Insect" that operates on the sun's energy.

The idea with these Beam circuits is that they are powered by the sun. Solar panels gather the sun's rays, convert them to electricity. This electricity is then stored to those black capacitors. When there is enough stored energy, the small motor will start to rotate. In this creation the motor will drive the "insect" along a wire, ruler etc. When the energy storage is depleted, the whole cycle starts again... store -> run -> store -> run...
