Finally got my htpc "mod" finished. Needed to make some extra room for the gfx passive cooler. Only fan in the case is placed in the bottom. (what originally was the right side.)

Passive cooler for gfx in the htpc. Cutted out for the founded huge transformer, and soldered in the top of the old cooler. Old cooler with fan, temps 60 degrees in load, without fan and added extra alu part, over 85, now it seems to be near 72 in the load, and its noiseless. Gfx is hd 3650.

Nothing big done. Just a holder for Memup slidetab used as a bedroom music player and e-book reader. Works fine for that. Cost ~ 100€ including creative speakers, bought it from Pixmania.

Diy tom-pads for e-drums. Piezos bought from bebek. Used two piezos in mesh to eliminate the "hot-spot" effect, and it works. T-drum mesh heads are now changed to rolands dual layered ones, single layered heads just doesn't feel good.

All necessary metalworks for the backside done. Holders for the fan, psu and the mb-tray. Then some polishing and painting and the case is ready.

Installing components is easier when you can pull out the component "tray".

Inner "frame" will be removable, so it should make assembling very easy. This should house lg-blu-ray drive, zotac mini-itx mobo, e4500 cpu, and  120 gb 2 1/2" hdd. Psu will be shuttles 100w.  "Drumm" is 177mm long and the radius is about 130mm.

Not so good looking project in this condition. :) Tested the wiring and fitted the parts. Now its time to make some changes.. drill some holes for the cables etc. Also i decided to re-paint the whole thing. All thought it´s full of scratches.  Any ideas for the color??!!
