So here it is 75% ready! Still have to adjust the V-parts and get the roof fast after that. Some little fixing with the voltmeter too. There will be lacquer on but that's just secondary modding for the looks. After all the main thing is to get this beast rolling on the road, that's what it's made for! :) Let me know what you think!

31.05.2010 09:12 Laiskiainenhaha lol drakmin, are you sure that the 100volts max is enough for your blaster? =D
31.05.2010 00:10 drakminfinally found and ordered meters which are usable from 5 to 100V voltage
30.05.2010 22:02 LaiskiainenThat's true, the more features you need the harder it will be to find one. :D Actually that voltmeter was grey and it would have looked terrible in the end so I painted it black and it turned out OK. :D And thanks Masse, I would really love to put one or two days on this and just get it done but I have to read to the matriculations to the school of economics so it's very seldom when I really get something done with this.. ://
30.05.2010 21:49 MasseNice progress there.. I'm still waiting for my visaton bg 17 :P
30.05.2010 14:44 drakminyes it's in fact really hard combination to find a meter which doesnt need separate power supply, has red leds and will measure between ~6-14V
30.05.2010 14:27 Laiskiainenoh crap you're kidding! :P haha sorry, then it looks like you've got a little prob there! :D but not a big one, I'm sure there are voltmeters for that range too in eBay.. just try to look under the rocks or something. :D
30.05.2010 14:13 drakmini need voltage range from 6V up :D
30.05.2010 14:05 Laiskiainenahhh drakmin! :D Sure-electronics, doesn't ring a bell, you recommended it to me mate!! :P http://cgi.ebay.com/ebaymotors/Red-LED-Volt-Meter-DC-7V-30V-Doesnt-Require-A-Power_W0QQitemZ250641662122QQihZ015QQ
30.05.2010 13:04 drakmini found voltmeter which had bad metering range for my case :(
30.05.2010 11:54 LaiskiainenI just realized I don't need any skrews to the front panel! Yay! :PP
30.05.2010 11:53 Laiskiainenebay <3 you'll find easily with "voltmeter" or something! :D yeh.. some parts are 12 and some 9mm, but it's definitely solid and a bit heavy but I guess I'll manage! :P
30.05.2010 11:45 drakmin-double-
30.05.2010 11:45 drakminand i think you used too thick plywood but atleast it will be durable :D
