I managed to lose another one of my helmets visor hinge caps.

Instead of buying new ones, I wanted to custom build one, and of cource, personalize my helmet in the process.

I have access to a 3d-printer at work, so I designed a "skeleton" for the new cap. The clips that hold the caps in place are built into the skeleton.

The cap in the picture is the left one I used for the model.
